2025 Programming

'Ukulele Club of Hawai'i

This free monthly program includes an online monthly video lesson, downloadable music sheets for each meeting, and live-streaming the in person event, held at Windward Mall in Kāne'ohe, Hawai'i. It gives people, of all ages, a safe space to share music together and allows Four Strings at a Time to continue their mission of engaging, educating, and enriching all ages, around the world, through music and the 'ukulele.

Four Strings Concert Series

In partnership with Windward Mall, we will be hosting a quarterly concert series that can be viewed in person and on-line. It will showcase local musicians and keiki groups throughout the year. Our hope is to give the world wide 'ukulele community more access to Hawaiian music & learn more about Hawaiian songs and their history.

'Ukulele Summit

This large scale event has been a dream of Craig Chee & Sarah Maisel since before Four Strings at a Time was founded. Our 2024 fundraiser will be a small taste of the larger vision, bringing together all ages in person (and online), around the world, celebrating and playing music together. 'Ukulele Summit will allow all ages the opportunity to play music together, and will include free workshops for 'ukulele and beginning 'Ōlelo Hawai'i.

After School 'Ukulele Curriculum

In 2023 and 2024 we began working on our after school curriculum. We are continuing to refine it this summer and will be testing it for 2nd/3rd grade and 4th/5th grade.

Fundraising & Awareness for our Community

It is important to all members of our nonprofit to help others on our islands. This includes bringing awareness to our partnering nonprofits like Maui Food Bank and Aloha Diaper Bank, for all of their amazing work. In years past, we have put together fundraisers for these organizations, and will continue to do so when needed.

Would you like to be a part of 'Ukulele Summit?

We are looking for volunteers to help us during the big event as well as some of our other programming.

If you are interested in volunteering, please send us an e-mail.
